PURPOSE: An aluminum gravity casting system is provided to perform efficient casting work by one worker by automating a casting line and to produce various kinds of goods by freely changing the mold and hot water of a casting machine. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum manufacture system injects molten liquid stored in a holding furnace, into hot water of a gravity casting machine(50) by using a ladle(30) of an automatic hot-water supplier(40), forms a cast in a mold, automatically withdraws the cast by an automatic withdrawer, and cools the cast in a water tank. An aluminum gravity casting system comprises a water table(70) to which the cooled cast is automatically transferred; an auto-loader(100) moving the cast on the water table; an automatic cutter(80) cutting a riser part of the cast transferred from the auto-loader; and a mold-separating unit stopping operation of a line including the automatic cutter, in exchanging the mold and hot water of the gravity casting machine. Thus, efficient casting work is performed and productivity is improved.
