PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion stock peeling device capable of reducing the quantity of cut earth in a cutting process to reduce the labor and the energy required for the recycling of the cut earth. SOLUTION: A circular blade 13 is fitted to a discharge port 10 of a kneading machine, and the outer skin of the extrusion stock W extruded from the discharge port 10 is uniformly cut off. A longitudinal blade 14 for cutting the cut scrap in the circumferential direction is preferably disposed on the outer circumference of the circular blade 13. Since the water content in the cut scrap is kept unchanged, the cut scrap can be returned to an inlet hopper of the kneading machine by a direct feed line.
