PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power steering device capable of stabilizing an assist force by inhibiting a time of low temperature of a hydraulic oil to a short time as much as possible by raising a temperature of oil more quickly. SOLUTION: An oil temperature sensor 20 for directly or indirectly detecting the temperature of oil is provided and a controller C controls a solenoid excitation current I such that an opening of a variable orifice a is made relatively larger when the temperature of oil is low and controls the solenoid excitation current I such that the opening of the variable orifice a is made relatively smaller when the temperature of oil is high.
