PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a gas detecting device with high accuracy and high reliability. SOLUTION: A temperature detecting element 15, which detects the temperature of a gas detection region being heated by a heater 5, is employed, and the detection region is heated while being measured, and thereby the accuracy of gas detection is improved. The temperature detecting element is used as a heater for heating, and the cleaning of the gas detection region is carried out at a high temperature, and catalyst is activated, thereby realizing the gas detecting device with high reliability. |
