PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a P-wave acceleration sensor of a structure manufactured at a low cost used in an apparatus for operation for emergency adapted to sense a P-wave to cope with an earthquake when an earthquake occurs during the operation of the elevator. SOLUTION: In this P-wave acceleration sensor having a U-shaped yoke 3 made by a steel-made plate material, among opposite two surfaces, a permanent magnet 4 is erected on the lower surface, the upper end thereof is located in a hole bored in the upper surface, and a movable coil 1 is supported by a plate spring 2 one end of which is fixed to a strut (i) so that the movable coil 1 exists in a gap between the upper end of the permanent magnet and the hole. |
