PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently lower height of an upper rail to reduce protruded quantity from a vehicle floor. SOLUTION: The upper rail 2 is composed of parallel plates 21 and 22, and a slide lock member 4 and an operation lever 5 are disposed between the plates 21 and 22. The slide lock member 4 is movable along the plates 21 and 22 between a locking position where it is engaged with a lower rail 1 to regulate slide of the upper rail 2, and an unlocking position where engagement with the lower rail 1 is released to allow slide of the upper rail 2. The operation lever 5 is engaged with an outer circumferential surface of the slide lock member 4 at one end 52 to operate the slide lock member 1 to move between the locking position and the unlocking position along the plates 21 and 22.
