PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling inspection port with which a means, in which an inner frame is rotatably fitted inside an outer frame, and the inner frame can be attached/detached to the outer frame, and which prevents the inner frame in a state being fitted to the outer frame from dropping and facilitates operation of attaching/detaching the inner frame to/from the outer frame, is provided. SOLUTION: A rotating shaft 8 of the inner frame 3, which is engaged with a recessed groove 11 of the outer frame 1 of the ceiling inspection port, slides to one end side, and in due time, comes into contact with a slope edge 16 of a shaft locking plate 13, as a result, the shaft locking plate is lifted, and furthermore, when fitted into a recessed edge 17, the other end part side of the recessed edge, with which the rotating shaft in a fitted state comes into contact, is notched in an acute angle to a bottom edge in the direction of the other end part side so as to limit the escape of the rotating shaft from the recessed edge by moving to the other end side.
