PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger, in which a gap between a partition plate and a tank is minimized, and they are brazed well to each other with less brazing filler-metal so as not to cause medium leakage. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger includes tubes 2 in which medium flows, tanks 4 communicating with the tubes 2, and partition plates 5 dividing the inside of the tank 4. The plate 5 has a rounded reentrant part 52, and the tank 4 has a rounded convex angle part 413, and the parts 52 and 413 are fit to each other. When the rounded part of the angle part 52 is taken as R1, and the rounded part of the angle part 413 is taken as R2, a relation of R1<=R2 is established. The rounded convex angle part 413 is formed by utilizing the share drop caused by a press work.
