PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melt separation discharge filter capable of selectively discharging molten salts, without clogging, and a waste melting furnace having the filter. SOLUTION: The melt separation discharge filter is a melt film attached to a molten slag discharge part of a waste melting furnace having a molten slag discharge part and the molten salt discharge part. The discharge filter comprises a plurality of plate-like refractory blocks 30 wettable to molten salt but non-wettable to molten slag. The blocks 30 are disposed with spacings to form gaps of a specified width with refractory blocks 33 of a specified thickness, inserted at both ends of each block 30, and the blocks 30 bundled are covered with monolithic refractory and adhered to form one body.
