PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a working bench approach to a desirable working position. SOLUTION: In this high-lift working vehicle, a driver's seat is provided in a right side in a front side of the vehicle, and a boom 13 is attached oscillatably to an upper part of a swivel base 11 attached swivel-turnably on a sub-frame 8. An arm member 15 pivotally connected to be oscillatable vertically is attached to a tip part of the boom 13, and the working bench 25 is swivel-turnably attached to a tip part of the arm member 15. Jacks 10 for supporting the vehicle are attached to both left and right sides in front and rear sides of a body. The boom 13 is turned down to a position extended substantially horizontally toward a direction (left side direction of the vehicle) opposite to a direction provided with the driver's seat in a range from front side to a rear side the arm member 15 is oscillated to a position extended substantially vertically downwards with respect to the boom member 13, and the working bench 25 is swivel-moved to a right side of the turned-down boom 13 to store the boom 13 and the working bench 25 into the vehicle.
