PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desk mat with sufficiently retained lubricity on the surface and a reduced gloss value at a low cost. SOLUTION: A sheet-like matrix 11 made of a soft resin material is used and has an embossed part 14 formed on the surface by an embossing process. In addition, an ultraviolet-curable ink material 19 containing urethane particles 16 and polyethylene particles 17 is provided on the embossed part 14.
