PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously measure PDL of a plurality of optical devices by means of an inexpensive structure in a PDL measurement device evaluating a polarization-dependent loss of the optical device. SOLUTION: This PDL measurement device is provided with a signal light generation unit 6 generating measurement signal lightλi constantly varied in the polarization direction, an optical coupler 7 evenly dividing the measurement signal lightλi outputted from the generation unit 6 between a plurality of optical devices 4 for inputting it, and a plurality of optical power meters 5 individually measuring intensity variation condition of signal lightλo outputted from each the optical devices 4.
