PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet of which the surface sheet can easily be released and the released surface sheet can be prevented from leaving the adhesive on the surface. SOLUTION: This adhesive sheet is obtained by laminating a releasable brittle layer comprising 10-80 mass% of a filler and 90-20 mass% of a thermoplastic resin on the surface sheet made of a thermoplastic resin, installing an adhesive layer on the surface of the releasable brittle layer and deleting the adhesive layer of at least a part of the edge of the adhesive sheet or installing a film layer on at least a part of the surface of the adhesive layer at the edge of the adhesive sheet.
