PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an injection amount through injection valves disposed on an upstream side and a downstream side of a throttle valve to be determined in consideration of a portion of fuel that adheres to an inner wall of an intake pipe at the upstream side and is thereafter released therefrom and flows into a downstream fuel. SOLUTION: A fuel amount TinTH is calculated by totaling an amount of fuel that flows from an upstream injection valve 10 into a downstream fuel of a throttle valve 9, an amount of fuel that, of the total amount of fuel injected from the upstream injection valve 10, adheres to the inner wall on the upstream side of the valve 9 and is thereafter released therefrom to flow into the downstream fuel of the valve 9, and an amount of fuel injected from a downstream injection valve 10a. An amount of fuel obtained by subtracting from the fuel amount TinTH the amount of fuel that adheres to the inner wall downstream from the throttle valve 9 is added to the amount of fuel that flows into the engine of the amount of fuel that adheres to the inner wall downstream from the throttle valve 9. A fuel injection amount of each injection valve is determined so that this total sum corresponds to an amount of fuel required by a cylinder.
