摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow measuring device capable of reducing influence of noise due to a flow and having high measuring accuracy and reproducibility so as to calculate an accurate flow rate. SOLUTION: This flow measuring device is provided with a vortex generator 2 disposed in a measuring pipeline 1 where a conductive fluid flows to generate a Karman's vortex 3 in the conductive fluid, a pair of electromotive force measuring electrodes 4a, 4b disposed in the downstream of the vortex generator 2 to detect a change in the electromotive force generated according to a magnetic field change caused by passing of the Karman's vortex through the magnetic field, a magnetic field generator for generating a magnetic field, and a detecting circuit electrically connected to the electromotive measuring electrodes 4a, 4b to detect the electromotive force and calculate a flow rate of the conductive fluid. At least one of the electromotive force measuring electrodes 4a, 4b is provided with a covering member 5a, 5b partially covering it.
