PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telescopic cover which enables to prevent the damage caused by touching of the cover pieces themselves and to prevent noise caused when they touch. SOLUTION: Each of plural cover pieces A1 and A2 is provided with a stopper 9 made of rubber to relax the shock generated in between the neighboring cover pieces when the cover extends and contracts. The stopper 9 consists of a first part 11 to receive the neighboring cover piece when the cover extends and a second part 12 to receive the neighboring cover piece when the cover contracts. A first convex part 13 having a hole 13a is provided at the collision face of the above first part 11, and a second convex part 14 having a hole 14a is provided in the second part 12.
