PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece positioning and clamping device which need not change a clamping member regardless of shape and size of a workpiece. SOLUTION: The clamping member 12 is composed of a base part 13, an elastic supporting wire member 14 of which the lower part is fixed in the inside of the base part, and a snapping member 15 fixed to the upper position of the elastic supporting wire member, wherein the base part of the clamping member is held by a holding member. The snapping member has a circular cross section and a radius of its upper and lower parts is smaller than that of its middle part.
