PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preventive which prevents restenosis after intervention therapy, and also to provide a coronary artery stent coated with the preventive. SOLUTION: The preventive against restenosis contains, as an active ingredient, a diazo derivative of 4-amino-6-hydroxy-1,3-naphthalenesulfonate represented by formula (I) [wherein, R is H, a C1-C4 lower alkyl, or a C1-C4 lower alkoxy group]. The stent is selected from either a metal stent or a stent made of biodegradable polymer, and is coated with the preventive by a known method. |
