PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for inhibiting coagulation of platelets with quite less side-effects even though it is used continuously for long period of time, and shows excellent pharmacological effects, and external preparations for the skin containing the same. SOLUTION: The agent for inhibiting coagulation of platelets is formulated with extracts of mycelia of one or two or more of basidiocarp (or fruit body) selected from the group consisting of Auricularia polytricha, Agaricus blazei Murill, Grifola frondosa, and Pleurotus abalonus, and in the above-mentioned agent for inhibiting coagulation of platelets, the agent is preferably formulated with, as the main ingredients, extracts of dried powder of one or two or more of basidiocarp (or fruit body) selected from the group consisting of Auricularia polytricha, Agaricus blazei Murill, Grifola frondosa, and Pleurotus abalonus. The external preparation for the skin containing the above-mentioned agent for inhibiting coagulation of platelets and external preparation for improving dry skin. |
