<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated guided vehicle system capable of controlling the intrusion and stop of a vehicle into/in a station without using a controller of higher order. SOLUTION: The station 10 is furnished with an acknowledging means 3a to acknowledge its condition and an on-the-ground communication means 4 to transmit the acknowledging result out1 given by the means 3a, while each vehicle 13 is equipped with an on-board communication means 5 to make communication with the on-the-ground communication means 4 and a control means 6 to control the vehicle 13 in accordance with the acknowledging result out1 which the means 5 has received, wherein the control means 6 stores a table in which the operation pattern corresponding to the acknowledging result out1 is stored, and controls the operation of the vehicle 13 in accordance with the acknowledging result out1, and further a means 8 to be sensed is installed on a track 12 while each vehicle 13 is fitted with a sensing means 9, and if the means 9 senses the means 8, an arrival signal out2 is transmitted from the on-board communication means 5 to the on-the-ground communication means 4.</p> |
