2-PHENYL SUBSTITUTED IMIDAZOTRIAZINONES AS PHOSPHODIESTERASE INHIBITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain 2-phenyl substituted imidazotriazinones with a phosphodiesterase inbibitory activity. SOLUTION: This 2-phenyl substituted imidazotriazinones expressed by general formula and having a short unbranched-chain alkyl group at the 9-position are produced by chlorosulfonation of corresponding 2-phenyl imidazotriazinones and a following reaction with amine. These compounds inhibit cGMP-metabolic phosphodiesterase and are suitable for an activator in medicine for the treatment of cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular disease and/or urogenital disease, especially for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
