<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting evaluating apparatus which can record an operating sequence and can faithfully reproduce the sequence and which can reproduce and verify a fault depending upon timing or the sequence. SOLUTION: An external PC (controller) having a communicating unit, a timer, a file I/O unit, a file editing unit and a mode managing unit is connected to a controller for converting a tester's request (input or the like of a switch) into a signal or a command to be understood for an object to be evaluated, judging an output (state) of the object to be evaluated and processing to data. At the time of an operation recording mode, operation data and time data are output from the controller are recorded in a file. At the time of a re- evaluation mode, when the time data coincides with a measured time of the timer, communication formatted data is output to the controller via the communication unit, and re-evaluated. At the time of a reheating mode, the re-evaluation is continuously executed the predetermined number of times.</p> |
