CONTACT CLEANING SHEET AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning sheet capable of simultaneously cleaning a tip end and a side surface of a contact by one cleaning sheet. SOLUTION: This cleaning sheet 10 is composed of a base sheet 11, a first grinding layer 12 formed on a surface of the base sheet 11, a porous foaming layer 13 formed on a surface of the grinding layer 12 and internally having bubbles 15, and a second grinding layer 14 formed on a surface of the foaming layer 13. The surface of the porous foaming layer 13 is flat or porous 16. The tip end and side surface of the contact is cleaned by pressing the surface of the second grinding layer 14 on the tip end of the contact so as to penetrate the second grinding layer 14, pass through the foaming layer 13, and abut on the surface of the first grinding layer 12.
