PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic guided vehicle capable of preventing cargo collapse, eliminating impressing of excessive force on an article. SOLUTION: Side surface supporting parts 71A and 71B for supporting the side surface of the article F with an interval from a horizontal direction, and pressing the article F from the horizontal direction of the article F and supporting the article F at the time of the cargo collapse are provided on each of front and rear parts of the automatic guided vehicle 3. An upper surface supporting part 72 for supporting the article F with an interval from an upper direction of the article F, pressing the article F from the upper direction of the article F and supporting the article F at the time of the cargo collapse is provided on an upper part of the automatic guide vehicle 3. By this constitution, the article F carried to the automatic guide vehicle 3 is pressed and supported by the side supporting parts 71A and 71B and the upper surface supporting part 72 at the time of the cargo collapse to prevent the cargo collapse. Since impressing of pressing on the article F is eliminated at a normal time, damage and impressing of unnecessary force on the article F can be prevented and the quality of the article F can be stabilized without impairing workability.
