摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide developer or toner for electrophotography not causing an abnormal image such as a void even in a single component developing system, free from filming on a photoreceptor, a developer layer thickness regulating member or a developing roller after long-term consecutive printing more prolonged than conventional printing, and maintaining a high-quality outputted image having image density equal to that of an initial image by stabilizing the electrification and the feeding of the toner, and to provide an image forming method and an image forming device. SOLUTION: The single-component type electrostatic charge developing toner satisfies following required conditions (1) to (4) and contains at least binding resin and a colorant. (1) Hydrophobic silica particles whose primary average particle size is 30 to 50 nm is added to toner particles. (2) The volume average particle size (Dv) of the toner measured by a Coulter counter is 5 to 8μm. (3) The content of powder whose particle size is <=5μm is <20 number %. (4) The content of the particles whose number-based equivalent circle diameter measured by a flow type particle image analyzing device is >=0.6μand <3μm is <=15%.</p>
