PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of continuously and stably obtaining a resin molded product filled with aggregate in a high ratio and excellent in mechanical strength. SOLUTION: In the method for continuously manufacturing the resin molded product by guiding a kneaded material C obtained by kneading a foamable thermosetting resin composition A and aggregate B to a molding space D to foam and cure the same, a consolidation part D1 for consolidating the kneaded material C up to a predetermined height H1 within a range of 0.8-0.9H in the height of the kneaded material C when the height of the resin molded product is set to H is provided to the inlet of the molding space D and the kneaded material C is consolidated in the consolidation part to be held to a holding part D2 having the molding space with the height H1. By this constitution, a back flow phenomenon is suppressed and the kneaded material is foamed in a thickness expanding part D3 to be cured.
