PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillating angle adjusting device capable of facilitating an operation and precisely adjusting an oscillating angle. SOLUTION: A plurality of engaging recessed parts are formed in the upper surface of an oscillating lever 10, a pressing plate 22 for holding the oscillating lever 10 between the plate and a neck piece 6 is provided with engaging projections 28, 29, and 30 that project on the lower surface and engage with the engaging recessed parts of the oscillating lever 10, and the engaging projection 29 positioned in a central part of the pressing plate 22 of the engaging projections 28, 29, and 30 is formed so as to have the larger diameter and height than the other engaging projections 28 and 30.
