PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock structure for a rocking member having the structure capable of preventing unlocking with the structure capable of preventing a deflection even if a large force is applied without engaging a support part of the rocking member of a paper feeding device by deflecting it. SOLUTION: A support part of a device body 10 side support point is formed into a U-shape projecting body 11, and a support point of the rocking member 20 is provided with a cylindrical projection 21 to be loosely fitted in the U-shape projecting body 11 of the device body and a circular projection 22 having the same center with the cylindrical projection 21. A clearance between the circular projection 22 and the cylindrical projection 21 is formed a little wider than the thickness of the U-shape projecting body 11 of the device body.
