PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembling workability in a brake device for a vehicle provided with a primary master cylinder capable of applying operating force by a brake operating member to a primary master piston facing a front end to a primary hydraulic pressure output chamber from the rear side, a hydraulic pressure generating source capable of outputting fixed hydraulic pressure, regardless of an operating state of the primary master cylinder, a proportional booster valve capable of drawing booster hydraulic pressure according to hydraulic pressure of the primary hydraulic pressure output chamber from the hydraulic pressure generating source and a secondary master cylinder connected to the wheel brake by enabling generation of brake hydraulic pressure according to output hydraulic pressure of the proportional booster valve. SOLUTION: The primary master cylinder M1, the proportional booster valve VC and the secondary master cylinder M2F are disposed in a common casing 27 to be unitized. |
