PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption of a detector and shorten a rise-up time for stabilizing operation of the detector when driving vibration is given to a vibrator and physical quantities impressed to the vibrator are detected based on detected signals obtained from the vibrator. SOLUTION: A control circuit 1 controls vibrators 5, 6A and 6B. The control circuit 1 is provided with a driving circuit 2 for driving the vibrator, and a detection circuit 3 for processing output signal output from the vibrators based on the driving vibration and the physical quantities, and outputting detection signal corresponding to the physical quantities. When detection of the physical quantities is not done, power supply to a part of the control circuit 1 is lowered or terminated in special case. |
