PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically provide a card excellent in forgery preventing properties and also in design properties. SOLUTION: The card is prepared by laminating a surface hardened layer, a transparent protective layer, a recording layer, an adhesive layer and a card base in this sequence. Regions different in optical transmittance are formed in the shape of a pattern in the card base or in the surface along the direction of the plane of the card base and constitution is so made that the pattern can be recognized visually by exposing the rear of the card to light. |
