PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter-rail curtain. SOLUTION: Children enter into a house in the absence of the shutter-rail curtain. The curtain is converted into a screen door at the exact timing; the shutter-rail curtain will not move even when pushed by as many as ten junior high school students, if a screen door is attached thereto and further the shutter- rail curtain is used.
