PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape holder capable of preventing a winding end of an adhesive tape from being adhered to an adhesive tape winding barrel even when the winding end of the adhesive tape is released when the adhesive tape is used. SOLUTION: The adhesive tape holder in which an adhesive layer of the adhesive tape is located on a lower surface when the adhesive tape is pulled out, and the adhesive tape is cut from an upper surface on a non-adhesive side of the adhesive tape when the adhesive tape is cut, comprises an adhesive tape holding drum for rotatably holding the adhesive tape fixed to a rear part of the adhesive tape holder, an elastic projecting claw piece which is projected from an upper surface of the adhesive tape holding drum, and inclined in the pulling-out direction of the adhesive tape, and an adhesive tape cutting blade adjacent to an upper part of the tip of the adhesive tape holder.
