PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling and packing machine which can prevent wrong operation due to a wrong setting value. SOLUTION: This filling and packing machine for filling the contents W in continuous packing bags 21 formed by dividing and sealing a film 2 lengthwise and crosswise, which is continuously conveyed, by lengthwise and crosswise sealing mechanisms 5 and 6, is provided with an input means K1 which can set a set value D3 of control data for controlling mechanisms according to production conditions of different packing forms of individual items and a control means K3 for deciding the fulfilment of at least either requirement of the production conditions in filling and packing or specification conditions of the individual mechanisms.
