PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boat capable of easily transporting a hull, being easily assembled, and improving the performance such as the stability, the steering performance and the translating performance. SOLUTION: At least one of a bottom wall 22, a side wall 23 and a deck wall 24 forming the hull 21 is composed of a fluid pressed in plate in which the fluid is pressed in. The outside of the hull 21 is coated with a cover 25. The fluid pressed in plate is formed by stretching non-elastic yarn 30 between a pair of skin plates 27.
