PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra-sonic milling device of which the structure is made simple, compact and can be applied to a smaller-diameter spindle for a compact machine tool, and can be used to obtain high speediness, high accuracy and high rigidity. SOLUTION: No main axis for a sleeve is made by disposing an ultra-sonic main shaft 2 in which the horn 2c of a front side and the horn 2b of a rear side are connected unitarily in the axial direction of a piezoelectric element 2a within the housing 1 so that the piezoelectric element 2a can be positioned in the position of an oscillation knot, and by making the above housing 1 support the position S3, S1 of the oscillation knots in the horn 2c of the front side and the horn 2b of the rear side in the ultra-sonic main shaft 2 with bearings 3, 3', respectively.
