PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid storage bag, having a cylindrical member which is capable of easily and smoothly being fitted to the main body of a bag with a good operability, free from pinholes, an insufficient sealing, excessively thin-walled portions at the fitting part of the cylindrical member, and excellent in the liquid tightness and strength of the fitting part. SOLUTION: The liquid storage bag with the cylindrical member is formed in a way that the cylindrical member is inserted into a nonseal-shaped opening provided in a part of the peripheral edge seal part of the main body of the bag and is liquid tightly adhered thereto. The liquid storage bag has an inclined shaped part and a small narrow part continuous thereto. The inclined shaped part is such that the dimension of the inner periphery of the opening is larger than that of the outer periphery of the cylindrical member at the outer periphery of the main body of the bag and is gradually reduced inwardly from the outer periphery of the main body of the bag. The inner dimension of the small narrow part is almost the same as the outer dimension of the cylindrical member. The cylindrical member is stuck to the opening including the small narrow part in a state that the tip of the cylindrical member is displaced at the same position as the small narrow part or protruded more deeply towards the interior of the main body of the bag than the small narrow part. A method for fitting the cylindrical member to the opening is provided. |
