PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human presence detector for detecting the direction of the human presence easily. SOLUTION: The human presence detector comprises pyroelectric sensors 8 and 9 that are the first sensor for detecting whether there is a person within a first detection range or not, and an infrared sensor 10 that is the second sensor for detecting whether there is a person within a second detection range that is narrower than the first detection range or not. After the pyroelectric sensors 8 and 9 detect whether there is a person within the first detection range or not, the infrared sensor 10 detects that there is a person within the second detection range to detect the direction of the person. |
