PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a work burden is large for a user for registering a down limit since the down limit of a conventional nozzle is manually registered. SOLUTION: After discharging a prescribed quantity of liquid to a reagent vessel 30 by using a nozzle unit 55, a liquid level of the liquid discharged by the nozzle unit 55 is detected so that the down limit of the nozzle unit 55 is determined on the basis of the liquid level. |
