PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a thermoplastic polyurethane foam which has minute cells having recycling properties and can be used for a foamed gasket, a foamed seal material, a cushion material of every kind, synthetic leather, etc. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the thermoplastic polyurethane foam, the temperature of a thermoplastic polyurethane resin compounded with a decomposition type foaming agent is raised to the decomposition temperature of the foaming agent or above under a pressure not making the foaming agent foam, so that the thermoplastic polyurethane resin be melted. After the resin is cooled as it is left in the molten state, in succession, the pressure is lowered to make the resin foamed. |
