摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer lubricant-filled bearing reduced sufficiently in sliding frictional resistance between a polymer lubricant and each roller element or an inner.outer ring, so as to reduce torque for rotation and prevent surely fusion.damage of the polymer lubricant and oxidation deterioration of base oil therein caused by selt-heating, and an efficient manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: A grease coating film 6 (or a coating film 8 comprising a thickening agent for grease) is formed in a portion faced to the polymer lubricant 7 out of a surface of a component constituting the bearing, so as to reduce the sliding frictional resistance between the bearing component and the polymer lubricant 7. The method wherein the bearing after assembling and before formed with the polymer lubricant 7 is immersed into a grease (or grease thickening agent) solution diluted with a solvent and followed to remove the solvent by drying is used when the grease coating film 6 (or the coating film 8 comprising the thickening agent for grease) is formed, and a uniform thickness of the grease coating film 6 (or the coating film 8 comprising the thickening agent for grease) is easily formed thereby with excellent reproducibility.
