PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement admixture and a cement composition, which are dust-free by making them a slurry and have an excellent expansiveness and shrinkage reducing effect even when kept after mixing. SOLUTION: The cement admixture contains an expansive material comprising a mineral having free lime and anhydrous gypsum as effective components prepared by heat-treating a mixture containing a CaO material and a CaSO4 material to have 10-50 pts.wt. anhydrous gypsum to 100 pts.wt. total of free lime and the anhydrous gypsum and a non-aquous liquid, and the admixture of 100 pts.wt. contains the expansive material of 50-80 pts.wt. and a non-aqueous liquid of 20-50 pts.wt., which are one or more kinds of alcohols, phenols, glycols, fatty acids, ethers, amines, and their addition compounds and derivatives. The cement composition contains the admixture and cement. |
