PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color photographic sensitive material, particularly a color reversal photosensitive material having an improved property of discriminating the hues of neutral colors, particularly from blue to purple. SOLUTION: The silver halide color photographic sensitive material having at least one blue-sensitive emulsion layer, at least one green-sensitive emulsion layer and at least one red-sensitive emulsion layer on the base further has one or more shortwave blue-sensitive emulsion layers (VL layers) each having a spectral sensitivity distribution whose central sensitivity wavelength (λv) is 400 nm<=λv<=460 nm and not substantially containing a yellow coupler.
