PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved power connecting structure capable of preventing oil leakage of a boom side power circuit and a tool side power circuit and accomplishing connection without breakage in a quick coupling for connecting a tool to a boom of a hydraulic excavator or the like. SOLUTION: This quick coupling is provided with a pair of a boom side quick coupling part 2 and a tool side quick coupling part 5 arranged at a space and engaged with each other through a first and second locker shafts, and a power circuit coupling 13 automatically connecting the tool side power connector and the boom side power connector. The power circuit coupling 13 is provided with a boom side power connecting part 14 and a tool side power connecting part 15, and both power connecting parts are respectively disposed in the boom side quick coupling part 2 and the tool side quick coupling part 5, and automatically connected to each other immediately when both quick coupling parts 2, 5 are rotated around the first locker shaft to the engaging position. The power circuit coupling 13 is provided with a rectilinear guide for rectilinearly guiding both power connecting parts 14, 15 regardless of their rotary motion when both power connecting parts are connected to each other.
