PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw device, capable of reducing assembling working man-hours. SOLUTION: A plurality of resin-filling holes 22 are formed at the outer perimeter of an annular seal body 25, in a state where the outer perimeter is fitted into the inner perimeter of a nut, when fixing a nut 14 having an annular sealing body 16. Afterwards, a molten resin 24 is filled in a resin-filling hole 22, formed at the outer perimeter of the annular sealing body 16, and the annular sealing body 16 is fixed in the nut 14, with the molten resin 24 being filled in the resin-filling hole 22.
