PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a self-diagnosis of a conventional dispensation device occurs to overlook a change when a dispensing pump causes operational failure, and when causing a trace quantity of leak in a joining part of a valve of a pipe system and a syringe. SOLUTION: A prescribed quantity of liquid is discharged to a reaction cell 60 from a dispensing nozzle 50. A liquid level of the liquid is detected by using a liquid level detecting electrode 54. The quality of discharge operation is diagnosed on the basis of the detected liquid level. Afterwards, the liquid in the reaction cell 60 is wholly sucked by a cleaning nozzle 80, and then, the liquid level is similarly detected, and the quality of sucking operation is diagnosed from the result. |
