PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To place a photosemiconductor device in normal and stable operation for a long period by enhancing the reliability of the airtight sealing of a container which contains the photosemiconductor. SOLUTION: One end side of an optical fiber fixation member 5 is formed by alternately soldering and laminating frame-shaped molybdenum plates 10a and frame-shaped copper plates 10b at the periphery of an outside opening of a through hole 1b of a base body 1 and soldered through a frame-shaped joining member 10 having molybdenum plates 10a arranged at both ends. Here, T1/(T2+T3)=2 to 5, where T1 is the thickness of the molybdenum plates 10a, T2 is the thickness of the copper plates 10b, and T3 is the thickness of soldering layers 10c between the molybdenum plates 10a and copper plates 10b. |
