PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control disturbance eliminating device capable of being easily introduced into various systems and flexibly coping with the variation of the disturbance oscillation characteristic. SOLUTION: A structural body of a disturbance source 7 such as a wheel used in a space vehicle for controlling the attitude is provided with at least a detection piezo-electric element 1 for detecting the distortion caused by oscillation disturbance, a control piezo-electric element 2 generating the distortion for canceling the distortion caused by oscillation disturbance, and a SAW filter 3 for eliminating the electric noise caused by oscillation disturbance, the electric noise caused by oscillation disturbance is eliminated by using an output signal of the detection piezo-electric element 1 in a SAW oscillation and extracting a disturbance noise component from a signal on which the disturbance noise is superposed, and the distortion caused by the oscillation disturbance is cancelled by inputting a signal of a polarity opposite to that of the output signal of the detection piezo-electric element 1 to the control piezo-electric element 2.
