PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of not being able to accurately measure voltage or waveform due to low input resistance and a necessity of adjustment work for correcting a frequency characteristic. SOLUTION: The voltage to be measured is divided by first and second capacitors C1 and C2, and the divided voltage is inputted in a bootstrap circuit. Since the input resistance becomes very high and a voltage dividing circuit can be substantially composed by only capacitors, the voltage can be accurately measured in a circuit with high output impedance and the adjustment work of correcting the frequency characteristic of the voltage dividing circuit becomes unnecessary.
