PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide parts for vehicle with light weight and high strength, suitable for complicated shape, superior in workability, and capable of enhancing the collision safety. SOLUTION: This method of solid press-forming and quenching the parts for vehicle comprises a process of mounting a steel material 500 having a carbon content of 0.15 wt.% or less, between an upper die 101 and a lower die 102, and a process of partially quenching a portion needed to be strengthened, while press-forming the steel material by moving the upper die or the lower die.
